Answer any THREE questions. Each question carries 15 marks. (3 x 15 = 45 marks)

  1. Define hypothesis. Describe the characteristics of hypothesis. Can there be research without hypothesis?
  2. Define Science. Describe the postulates of a good research problem.
  3. Describe various data collections techniques.
  4. Narrate the problems the researchers in law have been facing. Suggest the viable solutions to the problems.

  6. Describe the various steps involved in Legal research.
  7. Explain how to write research report.
