  1. Trace the development of Constitution during the British period.
  2. Describe the features of Indian Secularism. Explain how it is different from the general meaning of Secularism.
  3. Describe in brief the provisions of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Can anticipatory bail be granted under the Act?
  4. Describe the reasons for crimes against women. State whether stringent punishments reduce the crime against women.
  5. Explain how sexual exploitation of children is taken care under law.
  6. Describe the contribution made by Public Interest Litigation to social change India.
  7. Is right to clean environment a Fundamental right under the Constitution?
