SECTION – A

Answer any SIX questions. Each question carries 4 marks. (6 x 4 = 24 marks)

  8. Option of puberty
  9. Westernization

SECTION – B

Answer any TWO questions. Each question carries 18 marks. (2 x 18 = 36 marks)

  1. Explain the grounds of divorce under Hindu marriage Act - 1995.
  2. Explain the effect of conversion on Hindu marriage adoption and guardians ship.
  3. Explain under what ground matrimonial relief can be barred under Hindu marriage Act-1955. 13. Write a critical note on functioning of family courts.

SECTION – C

Answer any TWO questions. Each question carries 20 marks. (2 x 20 = 40 marks)

  1. 'A' and 'B' filed a petition for divorce by mutual consent. Before granting decree B had withdrawn her consent. But 'A' marries 'C' another woman. Decide the validity A's marriage.
  2. 'A' is a coparcenary member in a joint family he is given in adoption to 'B' s family. Does he lose his co-parcenary interest in the genitive family? Decide the effect of adoption.
  3. 'A' and 'B' married under Hindu marriage Act. The marriage ceremony consisted of exchange of garlands in the presence of their friends and relatives. Decide the validity of marriage.
  4. 'A' and 'B' husband and wife. They are working in different places. 'B' is not willing to resign her job inspite of repeated demands from her husband. But 'B' likes her husband very much 'A' filed apetition for restitution of conjugal rights decree. Decide.
