SECTION – A

Answer any SIX questions. Each question carries 4 marks. (6 x 4 = 24 marks)

  7. Contents of insolvency petition
  8. Interim receiver

SECTION – B

Answer any TWO questions. Each question carries 18 marks. (2 x 18 = 36 marks)

  1. Write about essentials of fraudulent preference.
  2. Write about the contents of debtors petition.
  3. How a debtor be discharged? Explain.
  4. Write about duties of insolvency court.

SECTION – C

Answer any TWO questions. Each question carries 20 marks. (2 x 20 = 40 marks)

  1. What are the powers and duties of receiver? Explain them.
  2. Distinguish between Insolvency Act and Bankruptcy Act.
  3. How a creditor’s petition be dismissed?
  4. Write about the post adjudicatory scheme for satisfaction of debt.
